Me “I am here with Mrs.Beebe, who I will be interviewing, so let’s get down to it.”
Me “What question would you like to answer first?”
Mrs.Beebe “I would like to answer question 3. (What do I do in my daily teaching routine?)
Mrs. Beebe “A daily runthrough of my day is RTI, Math,
Fundations, Lunch, Writing, Reading, Special and Science or Social Studies.
Me “Ok, what question do you want to answer next?”
Mrs. Beebe “Question 4 (What was your inspiration to become a teacher and was it your original career?)
Me “My inspiration to be a teacher is it is something that I always wanted to do. I had a couple of teachers that inspired me to become a teacher and I wanted to help other students liked they helped me”.
Me: “Ok, what question would you like to answer next?”
Mrs.Beebe “Question 2” (Once you have had teaching experience, does it tend to get easier or harder?)
Ms. Beebe “Teaching is a constant learning experience, we are constantly learning new things. The teaching routines become easier but each school year brings more changes and challenges to adapt to.”
Me “What question would you like to answer next?”
Mrs. Beebe “Question 1 (Do you tend to have favorites among pupils?)
Mrs.Beebe “As far as favorites, all of my students I have had over the years are my favorites. They have all helped me become the teacher I am today”.
Me “What question did would you like to answer next?”
Mrs. Beebe “Question 5 (What do you think you did well and poorly last school year?)”
Mrs. Beebe “Last school year, I do not believe that I did anything poorly , but I do believe that I did a good job in my classroom with the paws system.This was a positive change that helped create a positive environment in my classroom.”
