Q: What are you teaching right now in science and math?
A: “Physical Science.” ( m Which happens to be my favorite science)
Q: What is your favorite subject/ topic to teach about?
A: “My favorite topic to teach about is the Civil War, but I will not be able to teach that until June when we get back into social studies.” ( I am eagerly waiting this unit)
Q;: How do you prepare lesson plans for these topics?
A: “I prepare lesson plans based on what I think is going to be interesting
to the students but presenting the concept that is necessary.” ( And he does this very well)
Q:: Do you enjoy teaching the topics you teach?
A: Absolutely, Social Studies and Math there are my favorite subjects ( And I love Social Studies)
Q: What is a typical day like for a math/ social studies teacher
A: “You come in, you get everything you need for the day, you understand where people are struggling and present the concepts necessary and work through that organically”. ( This is very interesting for a student)
Q: What is your favorite part of teaching these topics?
A: “My favorite part of teaching these topics are they are interesting, and especially when the students have interest in these subjects” ( Which I always do)

Q: Do you enjoy Mr Rehn’s class and the topics he teaches?
A: Yes, because he is very straight forward about things and if you are doing something wrong he will help you fix it, and also because he is strict enough to know people, he always gives very clear directions, and he usually does not take time off of class to show people who are not doing it right and he is very rewarding
Q: What is the favorite thing/ activity you have done so far this year?
A: My favorite activity I have done so far this year is The Revolutionary War and I also enjoy the activity we are doing in science right now ( an activity with marshmallows)
Q:Do you prefer math or social studies?
A:I prefer math because Mr. Rehn makes it less difficult for those students who find it difficult and I like his style of teaching
Q: Are you excited for the field trip and what do you hope it is?
A:I am excited for field trips and hopefully it is something that we can do outside and that I really will like and that is not too complicated
