Two of the shows that they may or may not have seen are “Perfect Little Planet” and “The Star Gazer”. These are both recommended for grades 3rd-6th. Perfect Little Planet is all about finding the perfect vacation spot in space. You travel through all the planets while learning about them and trying to find the best spot to vacation.
The Planetarium teaches students K-12 all about space and the universe. Families can visit whenever, as long as the planetarium is open. They have an outlet for creative expression, a “dome theater” with videos, and classrooms for extra learning. The planetarium is about 14 years old.
The Field Trip
When the six graders went into the dome, the announcer taught them some of the constellations. Then, a show played called “The Stars of the Pharaohs.” It was all about how the ancient egyptians had different constellations and points of view about space. If you would like to see this show, or shows like it, just ask your parents to take you! In conclusion, you are awesome!
