Mrs. Moore, Mr. Ellinwood, and Mr. Rehn put together a series of weeks were you make up 90-second skits where you can do whatever you want as long as it's funny and not inappropriate. There are groups of up to 6 and you work with them to act out funny skits. Then, at the end, you do a show where you pick 2 of the skits you created and perform them in front of family members and friends. Also you can pick to do a musical number like singing, dancing, or even playing an instrument.
We interviewed our friend Lexi and this was her answer, She likes making skitts, and she thinks she will do this next year.
Jack, he likes how you can goof off in school and you get to see funny skits and also create them. Jack will definitely do it next year.
Kady, likes working with her friends, creating an idea and having that idea come to life. She says she will do this next year. She is in a group with Jack B, Lucy C, Jimmy M, and Isabelle L.
Mrs. Moore is a staff member for Variety Show and she says that she loves watching the skits kids come up with and sometimes they’re really funny so that’s fun.
